Participation Forms:
1. Print
Participation Form from here, fill out and
put in Participation Points File at Fleetwood pool.
2. Download
Participation Excel File and fill out and
email to participation@surreyswimming.com
Submitting fundraising points
Fundraising points are automatically calculated
based on your fundraising order.
